Carpet in hallway smellt like urine. Lift floor was dirty with broken dog biscuits. Room carpet was not properly cleaned. Barking dogs.

We liked well-appointed room with 2 beds and very very nice staff. The hotel's location was EXCELLENT, near to many restaurants, the movie theater and bowling alley all within walking distance and Park Meadows mall and restaurants and the Entertainment District.

The location was great with plenty of restaurant choices and shops nearby. The coffee service in the lobby was a nice touch, and we appreciated the quick access to major highways. The room could have been cleaner and it was quite bare essentials for the price we paid, especially with the local demand due to the concert.

We enjoyed visiting the Park Meadows Mall and exploring the hiking trails nearby. The room wassuper clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly. Perfect spot for a group getaway.

Only downside was a minor issue with the check-in process. It took longer than expected, a bit frustrating.

The lobby was clean and looked good and the front desk woman. I slept well on that comfy bed, and let me tell you, that shower pressure? It was something special.
